Hi, I'm Britt.
I am an integrative therapist specializing in working with people who feel stuck and are ready to step into their power to find a way through. I am an expert in wading with you through darkness, absurdity, and ecstatic joy on your journey to reclaim your life.
I stay rooted in compassion and accountability as you navigate overwhelm, burnout, shame, grief, life transitions, and relational trauma. My clients are often professional helpers and sensitive souls who feel hyper-responsible for holding other people’s stuff, yet desperately disconnected from their own sense of self.
My approach is eclectic, relational, somatic, and collaborative. In other words, we're going to laugh, cry, scream, cringe, feel it all, and keep it real so that you can get closer to the clarity and calm you're seeking.
I draw from evidence-based practices and creativity to cater to you as an individual—the work we do together is grounded in empowerment, self-compassion, and mind-body interventions. My principles center on liberation and solidarity.
I am here to help you come home to yourself, to be present in your body and at peace in your mind. I support you in writing a different story about what's possible and who you are.
We can make space for our shadow as we learn to lean into the light. We owe it ourselves and to each other to believe that we are deserving and to act in alignment with that truth.
